This app and the customer service for this app is literally the best out there. I am totally blown away by them in a good way! I went through literally a dozen product option apps and none of them could do what I needed. They would have 90% of the things I needed, but the remaining 10% was really important. I searched and tried and searched and tried. I spent days and days and days looking for an app that would work. This was literally my last straw before I was going to pay someone to help me. Then, I found this app. It DOES EVERYTHING and the one very tiny thing that I could have worked around, they updated for me for free. This app is the best!! And, their team works with you quickly and happily and helpfully. Couldn't be happier. And, I am a very frustrated consumer of web/html products (so my happiness means a lot). I'd give them more stars if I could. AWESOME! UPDATE: IT has been about 5 months since I wrote the above and I am continually blown away by the amount of support I receive every time I have a question or an issue. The app development team is simply the VERY BEST out there. There has never been a problem they couldn't solve. I highly recommend this app for order bumps and any time of customization options you need to offer. I would not be able to offer my products on Shopify without this app. UPDATE: LOVE this app! Love the customer service. I feel like a needy customer because my products are all based on customization and their app does all of the heavy lifting for me.
