I need to be able to have an option for my customers to add a $3 item to some of my products. I also need that $3 item to be inventoried so that I can keep track of the item and know when to make more. The app will allow you to create and sell a separate product (the $3 item), but there's no way to inventory it. Also, when I have that $3 item added as an option, if any customer selects to add it to their purchase, the original item that they were purchasing is no longer inventoried properly. I've been running out of things and overselling products and not understanding why, but I finally realized its all of the products that Advanced Options are tied to. I understand that it's complicated adding on that $3 item as an inventoried product, but it's absurd that any base product with an Advanced Option add-on item is not being deducted from the inventory when sold. I know that they're working on this, but they've been saying that for months. I've been paying for something that's messing with my inventory and I'm not a fan. Show more
