They walked me through the steps I needed to take to syndicate our reviews between different SKUs and I was able to do it quickly and easily. This proactive approach allowed him to dive deeply into the issues I was facing. During the screenshare, Ruzsel was able to quickly identify and diagnose several problems that had been troubling me. These included a persistent issue with a double star rating appearing on each product page, a problem where the store reviews were not displaying correctly on the website, and a technical glitch where the website domain on Yotpo was still showing the Shopify string, even though my primary domain on Shopify was set correctly.
