I am new to using this service, and as a person who struggles with computer lingo, I struggled with this app and modifying code. I did have several customer support team members try to help me. I ended up accidentally exiting all of my application pages where chat boxes were open, multiple times. I struggled, is putting it nicely. Wendyle Christian, Rove, and one other member helped me. I had a lot of questions, a lot of struggles to work through. The last support member I talked to was Wendyle. Very polite, well mannered, and CALM AND COLLECTED. I was a fury of questions, while refreshing my page to make sure I could keep up and understand what was happening. I was annoying, in my own opinion ( I can admit that. I was just trying to understand what was happening. Good intentions, but poor execution. hah!) The team members were very nice and worked very hard with me to make sure all of my concerns were taken care of. GOOD JOB TEAM! Thank you for your help.
