****Update**** Since we can't review an app more than once I am updating my review to again rave about how helpful the Chat Support is. Lots of places make decent software but the real challenge is what happens when things inevitably don't work quite right. Anytime I've had trouble, chat support has helped me resolve the issue quickly. Most recently, Radly helped me fix a config change that was preventing my review widget from displaying properly. 5/5! I was having difficulty importing our old product reviews. After chatting with Rhenant via live chat for less than 20 minutes I had most of my reviews imported. Rhenant also took the time to show me how to format the rest of my reviews that wouldn't import correctly. Lots of companies provide good review apps but working with a company with good customer service/technical support makes my day so much easier! Show more
