I noticed our reviews were not publishing to our site even though I could see new reviews coming in through the Yotpo app. I reached out to support and had John G. assist me. He informed me that I had not added the Yotpo widgets and still had our previous reviews app widget active. John was super helpful and prompt with this fix.
