Very terrible experience. I wanted the reviews to be with the title of the product. If not they were at the very bottom of the product description and no one would see them. In order to do this I was given the option to allow the app to install or manually install the widget. I picked let the app install it, as soon as I did that my site malfunctioned. You could not open a product at all, you would get redirected to a "you may also like" page. There is no option to go back and undo it either. Their AI bot was wrong about how to fix it. I contacted support but have yet to hear back on the issue. In order to fix my site I had to reach out to Shopify support and they were able to disable the app and get my store functioning properly. I'm very disappointed as the app appeared to be great. Show more
