I recently migrated my website from another platform to Shopify and also needed my reviews migrated. I'm not the greatest when it comes to tech stuff and found it incredibly frustrating trying to figure out how to do it. After contacting Yotpo I was greeted by one of their techs named John G and I am so thankful to him. When I say I spent the best part of 2 days going from tears of frustration, to wanting to completely give up, I'm not exaggerating! John G was so patient and extremely helpful. He prompty responded back to every one of my numerous (and I mean numerous) requests for help, with clear instructions via text and even creating short videos showing me exactly what to do, in the hopes of helping me understand visually. I am forever grateful for his patience and all of his help. I now have my reviews imported to my new Shopify site. Yotpo is an awesome platform and I would thoroughly recommend using them. Show more
