The widget causes errors in the page, and the customer service isn't wiling to help fix this problem. When using safari you can't log in, you need to switch to chrome before you can make use from the backoffice. We use Yotpo as an alternative, which is much better than this and I would recommend you to take a look at YotPo instead of Trustpilot. Show more

I find it really clunky when you have the free version. As a very small business any of the paid options are out of my league. I really just want a simple review app that is integrated into the Shopify page. This isn’t it. It’s entirely separate to the website with two small widgets which are not customisable and don’t fit into my page style. Also, unless I send a link, no one ever send a review. The email option does not seem to work at all….if they are ever sent then people just ignore them. Show more
Terrible app and company. These leeches make money off brands by giving open forum for reviews including bot reviews and then attempting to upsell you on upgrading to a higher tier program which allows filtering. Show more
