We are a leather and canvas goods manufacturing and retail business. We produce our goods in small batches, locally, only an hour away from our store. We also do a lot of made to order products, meaning an effective pre-order system is essential to the function of our business so we are able to keep track of our production board and maintain customer satisfaction. I was previously using a different app that regularly broke and it was very difficult to get in touch with customer service, despite paying for this service. Since I have switched, it has been nothing but absolute ease and delight. It was simple to set up, including the guided call which was immensely helpful. I have twice been in touch with their support line twice after the guided call and had someone answer within 30 seconds and had effective, personalised help, including some custom coding put into our theme to ensure the pre-order button appeared correctly.
