We had tech issues the day before Black Friday which made things really tricky. It was a bad time to have the system not functioning but we understand that things happen. I'm leaving four stars because we like the app and the tech support and communication is good. The team continued to work on the issue until it was resolved and that we really do appreciate. Slide Cart from App HQ is a promising app, that has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, it suffers from bloated scrips, meaning that my store takes longer to fully load. Additionally, the site needs to be fully loaded for the slide cart to work, which means that people clicking on the cart icon before the site has finished loading, are forwarded to the cart page instead of the cart drawer!
