I own a small business and I wanted a mobile app that would sync with my online Shopify store and make shopping a little easier for my customers. I'm not the most computer savvy person, and that was ok because the Shopney staff either walked me through a process or offered to complete part of a process for me. Their email response was great. They sent me the required links I would need to register with Apple and Google, which included step by step instructions with visual aids. It was all very helpful.
