VERY difficult to migrate, cannot find any way to customize anything. Instructions for migrating are lacking. Printer preview is not accurate. I've installed/uninstalled multiple times but cannot get setting to show as described in the instructions. Show more
Definitely a huge step backwards. Now we can't select and copy multiple documents/orders at a time in the preview page. We used to rely on this every day, copying and pasting into a blank text editor to generate a packing list of multiple orders in a single page. Show more
Garbage. Requires coding knowledge to change the template. I can do it, but it'll take an afternoon as it isn't something I do on a regular basis. This not user friendly and clearly, no one checked UX before pushing this to production. Show more
I have custom invoice template design but this Order Printer app doesn't let me use it. Shopify will stop running the old Shopify Order Printer app soon which allows me to use the custom invoice template, and they are asking me to switch to this one. I don't want to switch to the worse ver. Please don't make things worse. Show more
