Great app, support is very friendly and tries hard to accommodate even strange requests or problems. Without ShipStation I wouldn't even attempt to open a Shopify store, because I wanted to be able to send my product to Amazon FBA without hassle, and also I wanted an easy way to print USPS shipping labels when shipping from my company warehouse, too. The discount on postage was just a bonus! And with one fee for ShipStation I can expand to other platforms as well without worry of adding more order processing time.
I have been using Ship Station now for three months for my small e-commerce business and it has been amazing. As soon as an order is made from my Shopify store it ports over to Ship Station immediately. When I log in the order is already there waiting for me with all of the customers information. All I have to do is select the shipping method and print my labels. Before deciding to partner with Ship Station I had considered other shipping solutions but during my 30 day trial Ship Station was involved and hands on about showing me how to navigate their software in providing easier tips and solutions to help make my shipping solutions easier and faster.
