The support is the most pathetic. There is a lost shipment which has been 'Shiprocket Secured' and shipped on March end via Indiapost. The shipment was lost. After escalating the issues, they take 3 months of time postponing the response and close the ticket claiming the shipment has been delivered. Even after submitting the voice recoridng of the customer claiming that no one has contacted him, they just repeat the statement that it has been delivered without giving any proof. We understand that shipments can be lost occassioanlly. But what is the purpose of charging extra money in the name of 'Secure Shipment' if they just want to waste months of customer's time in following up and try to dodge with false claims. Show more

Very poor service. Staff is rude and they never have solutions for anything. So many lost package and no solutions after that too. No delivery on time, Most of the time I have received my COD Remittance after 15-20 days. My customers received different products than we have sent and they take no responsibility for that too. Worst service Fake weight discrepancy, I am selecting Air service and also fastest to give good service to our customer, but product not getting pickup even after several follow up and they always ask to wait till evening. And they don't have customer service after that. For fake weight discrepancy I am moving to consumer forum, even in Image provide by courier service provide our parcel clearly visible, size is smaller than 4*6 inch courier slip still they charging higher volumetric weight. waste of time being with ship rocket. I will also make reel for the same and post across social media and review for service. Show more
SUCH A PATHETIC PALTFORM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE BY RAISING TICKET. YOUR TICKET GETS AUTOMATICALLY CLOSED. THEY EARN BY RAISING WEIGHT DESCREPENCIES. SHOPIFY SHOULD REALLY BAN THEM FROM THEIR STORE. PLEASE DO NOT CONNECT SHIPROCKET WITH YOUR SHOPIFY ACCOUNT. WE HAVE STOPPED USING SHIPROCKET SINCE 2 MONTHS AND STILL THEY ARE RAISING WEIGHT DESCREPCIES AND DEDUCTING MONEY FROM OUR WALLET. PLEASE DO NOT USE SHIPROCKET. Show more
