Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shiprocket. Despite the fact that my order was successfully delivered to the customer, I attached an image for proof, Shiprocket dashboard still showed the order as undelivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer support team to resolve this issue, but it seems that my concerns have fallen on deaf ears. To make matters worse, when I received the shipment back, it contained a completely different product than what was originally sent, because obviously the customer already received the order. This is a clear indication of negligence and mishandling of the order. I am utterly unsatisfied with the lack of control over shipments and poor service provided by Shiprocket. And this is not the first time I've faced this issue, there are several different issues like lost shipment, undelivered shipment wtc with their service. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Show more
