Always able to reach a person when calling main number. Love that. This time they had to had a support team member call me back - took less than 10 minutes. Got help from James to solve what turned out to be a slightly technical issue in keeping 3 systems (Shopify - Shipping Easy - Endicia) talking to each other in such a way that resolves issue and keeps me from getting a tech headache (cause tech is not what I do) and in a way that is automated and easy. He kept the language simple, identified the best way to solve the problem and stayed on the line to walk me through until we had a solution in hand. Bravo! Show more
Such a great app. We've been using it for 4 years and haven't had a bad experience with it yet. Takes the headache out of order processing. A particular example is when we run our annual Cyber Monday Sale we get 100 orders within a day span. Instead of it taking hours to just print packing slips & shipping labels it cuts the time down to about 15 to 20 minutes...We most definately save the money spend in monthly costs to shipping easy in labor.
