I had an issue syncing/authorizing a store, I called the store and did what they said, but it did not work. I then called ShippingEasy, and the woman I spoke with was SUPER helpful. She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved (and it was resolved). I wish I had contacted ShippingEasy first, I could not be more pleased with the customer service :) Show more
I love using ShippingEasy because it puts all of our orders in one place so I don't overlook an order accidentally. I love how responsive their customer service is. I love that I can speak to a person whenever I need help, one that speaks English that I can understand. I've used ShippingEasy for years and I love it! I come in each morning and all of my orders are populated and ready to ship. It filters in from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Ebay and a few more so I don't have to go chasing orders. They're all in one place! Also, if I ever have a question, I can open a chat window and talk to Matthew, the most HELPFUL customer service guy, and he answers all of my questions, and he's super cool too :) This software is worth the monthly fee as it saves me so much time and hassle, and I can also organize all my shipping carriers in one place too!
