I love their products, but the focus has changed from the products to more sales-based knowledge to help sellers sell the products, which is fine, but they seem to be nickel-and-diming sellers for everything. They do have a great staff and support system. I like that they have an Etsy integration now; an Amazon integration would be excellent. I also wish they would offer more items for men, such as money clips. Show more
