L'application marcher super bien, le service est qualitatif et réactif. Alors pourquoi 3 étoiles ? Le service mensuel est passé en l'espace de 1 an et demi de 40 euros à 133 euros pour plus ou moins le même nombre d'envois et les mêmes services. Je trouve cela affligeant, des augmentations cela est "normal" mais a ce point c'est prendre ses clients pour des vaches à lait. Je réfléchis de plus en plus a trouver un autre service similaire et moins chère. (nous avons notre propre contrat, 133 euros étant juste le prix abonnement + les fameux nouveaux 10cts par étiquette de frais qu'ils ont inventés) Show more
Je paye un service annuel et cela fait déjà 3 mois que le système ne fonctionne pas depuis la mise à jour Shopify. Le service client à beau être sympa et "réactif" cela ne change rien. S'il vous plaît Show more
