Some Pros! - Their success team, developers, and support are very easy to work with. - Open to customization conversations. If the widgets don't look or act how you need, Rebuy is ready and willing to optimize their services to your needs. - They offer A/B testing, which isn't offered by similar apps. - Widget rules are highly customizable, allowing you to control what products are recommended to your customers. Some Cons! - Turnaround time for certain bug fixes can be long. The good news is if it's a big bug, their developers will implement a temporary fix while a permanent one is worked on. - Pricing can be expensive for bigger stores if you're not looking to utilize most of their features. - Rebuy has a ton of features, which is great for your store, but makes the learning curve a little steep. They have help docs, videos, and support to offset this. Overall, Rebuy has been very accommodating to our business needs, and we're grateful to work with them. Rebuy customer service is second to none, and although the functionality is great, the support is my favorite thing about the Rebuy team. Our Senior Success Manager Max Trummer is a great example of this, and actually a big reason why we have started using Rebuy in our store. Love everything about this app - it has heaps of features to adopt, is super easy to use, and has increased our AOV substantially. I've been with Rebuy for a littel over a year. There are some great things about rebuy in personalizing the customers experience but a lot of glitches as well that cause many customer complaints. I speak with rebuy maybe only once every few months. My rep I normally talk to was out of town for a long time and I was set up with a succes manager Max instead. We had a 30 min call and discussed some things we can do to make my site experience better for customers due to all the email complaints I have been receiving (6 changes we discussed to be exact). Their interface isn't the easiest to navigate so I asked Max to help. He did half of ONE task. When I kindly asked about the rest of the items he replied with a rude email that was jaw dropping telling me he "went out of his way" to do what he did and that I can do the rest of the things myself. WOW. Basically how dare I not be jumping for joy for him taking a couple minutes out his day to do what he did. Not the experience I would appreicate from a company I've given thousands to. I've also not seen any jump in my conversion rate since using this app. Show more
