The concept is fantastic, however that being said… the app is pretty much useless. The app comes with no support and requires you to hire a Shopify Expert to install the app. Once the app is installed it does not function, it just shows “loading..” it never actually loads the information. Show more
Who is Tom and how can I reach the support team? we've sent messages to this app with no replies, and a chat bot that led us to this: "In order to keep the subscription price low, we rely on our users to manage the app themselves." Am I missing something here? Show more
