Every CS team I met at Boost was very friendly and responded promptly with practical and easy-to-follow solutions, especially Aron, Jay, Marcel and Luly. I know I listed many names, but they all are great! If there are some customization required, they are very open to hear my needs and help me aim the goal with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Although the more products your store has, the higher your payment will be, but I guarantee all the great features Boost app have will pay off. Try to learn available features and reach out for help if needed. In closing, if I add some wish features, it would be much nicer to strengthen Analytics by enabling to see more than 365 days data as well as individual option/search keywords' performance in depth.
