Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with the pop-up during Black Friday, and the first-line support team doesn’t seem willing to fully understand the problem or take the time to resolve it. It’s been over 48 hours, and all we’ve heard so far is: “Yes, the pop-up appears.” We are already aware that the pop-up appears, but what we need is an analysis of *why* it is showing up more than 1,000 times with a 0% subscription rate. Additionally, we are receiving emails from customers reporting errors after signing in. Could someone from the complaints department please review this ticket? Show more
