Really nice functionality, the signup popup and corner/floating notifications integrate really nicely. My only issue is their dashboard is really quite confusing, it's not easy to get out of the layout editor screen to go back and edit your form without hitting a Cancel button that makes it seem like you're going to lose all the changes you've made to the whole campaign. However all the individual elements within the process work really nicely, I think it just needs someone to do a UI audit of the process. I'm using the free plan and am small enough to stick with this but I think if I do move up to a paid tier, I'll probably keep using it. Show more
I am still trying to configure this App... it appears to be a great addition, however, I find the support lacking. It is not a real time chat. They email you their response and often they may not fully understand your question so you get an insufficient answer. I have now gone back and forth 3-4 times and still having setup troubles! It would be really nice if it was a real time chat line or phone call to resolve my setup problems once and for all. Support in my opinion is weak. Show more
I used Privy as an alternative to Mailchimp since MC left Shopify and I find that it's much more better then MC Show more
difficulty testing the app in mobile and desktop, unsure how it is working, am a little confused to be honest
