WOD: PreOrder Now

Unfortunately have to downgrade my review. This app is getting very glitchy. Preorders aren't showing up on our site and we keep having to toggle them off and back on to get them working again.. --- Preorder apps have given me a lot of grief. Anything that lives in the space of the add-to-cart button is going to cause trouble from time to time. This app seems to be the most stable and trouble free. The interface is easy to work with. I actually logged into this app to delete it. I love the idea, but since adding it to my shop it has reduced my sales by playing havoc with the online store. Customers cannot use the drop downs in my store as when they go to the checkout their selections have changed to the top selection on any product. Not what they have chosen. I cannot recreate it and your support people cannot create the issue, but I have so many complaints. This was never an issue prior to the integration of this app. Show more

I have now been using this app for a few years. When it works its a good app. However, it is a ticking bomb. I just noticed that all out of a sudden normal available products were shown as preorder products whereas products that have stock below zero were shown as available. What is even wore, the mixed cart pop that was triggering on every page reload, was supposed to be fixed after i have submitted a ticket. I just realized that it is not fixed and customers had to close the pop up on every page reload. This plugin did more harm than good. Please look out for a more stable plugin, as this plugin will cost you a lot of money...... Show more
