Just came on board, but so far extremely impressed!! We had to abandon a very expensive theme as it was just too complex to work with any Shopify Apps out of the box, and who has time to sit with CS waiting...while your money maker is broke! And then I found PQ, which provides one of the key pieces to our puzzle as we provide custom products and customers often miss our processing times, and we have pre-order releases on certain items often and this app makes ALL that happen with a click of a button! And if you do have to contact CS, expect great service even on a holiday weekend!! Show more
