Horrible. They made some updates to the app and broke the Shopify theme we were using. Now need to mark all products as "Out of stock" to find a new reliable and fix this issue. Don't download this app. I want my money back. Show more
So far so good. I'm early in using the app but the support has been excellent. They provide timely and hands on support with issues and are able to provide developer support to fit the app within your theme. 5 stars there for sure. The app also offers lots of pre-order/out of stock options, including signage for the products on your site and customizable deposit/payment options at checkout. My two improvement suggestions for them is to fix the dead thumbnail at checkout which does not pull in an image and to more easily automate how products go into pre-order availability for the app (e.g. if I put "pre-order" in the product title, it would be nice if the app new to pull it and apply a standard configuration).
