This app is a MUST-HAVE! It's fantastic! I used to have Route and this one is so much better. Not only do you bypass all the hassle of customers (or yourself) having to contact the company and waiting forever before they get back to them, but you get to handle the return swiftly yourself. This makes your customer service so much better. As far as adding this to my shop, It was an easy application and their customer service helped me when I needed it right away.
