I like the functionality of the app, and I feel like it would provide a great benefit for my customer. The reason why I'm giving it 3 stars rather than 5 stars is that support isn't available until after the Free Trial is over. Again, it's about providing my customer with a good experience so I'll stick with the app but receiving daily emails about problem areas with the app and being left alone to figure out how to address them stinks. So far, so good. I like the load time. It is a bit complicated to setup. But seems to be worth it. There seem to have more features that I'm not using yet. So yeah, the app is great but needs figuring. Show more
Reviews app has been tremendous thus far. Switch from Stamped a while back and it's been a great experience. The service is top notch as well. Helpful in the transition and with any issues now that we have cut over. Definitely recommend. Show more
My favorite thing about Okendo is the customer service and the way they are dedicated to doing the best work. There is a reason they are 5 stars and have so many reviews. They also integrate very well with our email platform, Klaviyo. Definitely would recommend this app to anyone looking to showcase their reviews in the best light. Show more
