So far it's great! Just completed the onboarding recently, and i'm happy. Love that it's integrated to Gorgias and Klaviyo - this is a huge advantage. Also, having full access to CSS is great and not something I had with other review apps. Special thanks to Alannah Donald who was absolutely helpful in the process. We switched from Yotpo and so far the experience has been great. The reviews just look so much better on our Shop store, and the support has been terrific. Highly recommend.
