Since the move, we've been able to personalize and polish our email requests through the Klaviyo integration, which was not possible with Yotpo. Additionally, we can now send review requests via SMS through Attentive, another feature we previously lacked. These new capabilities have significantly increased our review count. Installation was a breeze and the app is intuitive and easy to use, but what makes Okendo a spectacular app is the customer service. I spent about an hour trying to solve a problem using their comprehensive documentation but I was stuck. I reached out to the app and was delighted to find that I was not shunted to AI or email, and instead got real help from an actual human named Juan. And he didn't just shoot me a link to the documentation! He actually fixed my problem. Like, dug into my Shopify store and fixed it. He answered my annoying noob questions.
