Okendo is the best review app!! I use the free version and there is a lot of customizable options and widgets you can use on your store. The customer service is also AMAZING! I have messaged them 3-4 times and every time they have resolved my question and/or fixed a problem I was having. Shout out to Juan, who has been such a huge help! Okendo's onboarding process is detail-oriented, and the feature I appreciate the most is the one-stop solution that offers loyalty programs, reviews, etc. It allows seamless integration while also gathering useful data from surveys. Coming across from Yotpo, the Okendo platform has altogether been superior not just from a functionality stand point but also from a price perspective for what it offers. It is key that we work with a reliable reviews partner as these tools go a long way in building credibility & trust with our customers. It would be great if all their integrations available in the USA were also offered in Australia, but overall, I’d still give them a strong rating.
