We had an extremely disappointing experience with Robust NetSuite Integrator. From the very beginning, they failed to understand our business needs and struggled to provide solutions that aligned with our requirements. The most frustrating part was their lack of responsiveness, even when we flagged business-critical issues that required urgent attention. Despite multiple follow-ups, our concerns were ignored, leading to serious consequences—including an HMRC audit due to incorrect data caused by their system failures. Their poor support and lack of accountability made this one of the worst experiences we've had. I strongly do not recommend their services to any business that values accuracy, efficiency, and reliable support. Show more
