The app works perfectly, it does what it was designed for. The customer service is outstanding, reply is prompt practically 0-24. they managed to solve my not so urgent issues on a Saturday evening (!) while I was only expecting a reply on Monday. After nearly three months of use, we can say that we are completely satisfied with the plugin. The support is very fast and excellent, we even got help with our custom requests. We usually get a response within an hour. The label printing works well, the pre-set filters are very useful and the automatic fulfillment status change saves a lot of time.
