Product Variants Reloaded

Really not sure why the low reviews. This product is exactly what I was looking for, but it requires installation by editing your theme code. There's instructions to do this yourself or you can request their team to do it for you for free, which I did, and they replied and installed everything for me within a day. I'm currently using Printify on my store, and I needed an app that could take existing products, and group them into one master product that can seperate them like variants, but still retain the native inventory tracking to sync with the items on the Printify website to fulfill orders. It does exactly that. You choose a product to use as the "master" (so this is what the whole product will be based on), then you choose all the other products that go into it. Once you sync, all of the "variants" will be invisible on your store so it retains only the master with all the variant products inside. It's super easy to use. Show more

Update 12/28 - After writing custom selectors for my theme, the PVR app has now started working with my new theme as well, with no issues. A big thank you to the SellersDash team for their support. Update 12/6 - I switched themes to a Shopify 2.0 theme about a month and a half ago, and have been trying to work with the team to switch over the PVR code to my new theme. After about a month of back and forth emails, the switch has still not been completed and I am unable to use my new theme, as customers are not able to select child variants on a combined listing. The pros: App worked perfectly with my first theme when I downloaded it, and the developer has been responsive and willing to help switch over. The cons: After a month (!!) of attempting to switch to a new theme it has still not been done and I am stuck with my old theme (after a lot of time and money spent developing the new theme). [Original review] This app is exactly what I needed. Super easy to set up and does exactly what they say - it combines multiple products into one product on the frontend and it looks exactly how it should. Hands down one of my most important and useful apps, and it should be one of the top apps on the app store. It amazes me that Shopify themselves haven't figured this workaround out. I highly recommend that anyone struggling with the variant limit should download this app. Show more

After a few issues setting up the app, it works and displays merged products in a seamless layout. Setting up the products is really easy to do too Show more
