waardeloze servicedienst, ik zit al vanaf afgelopen vrijdag met problemen en heb ook meteen een bericht gestuurd maar hun klantendienst is verschrikkelijk slecht, ik krijg nauwelijks antwoord en het antwoord dat ik wel heb gekregen daar heb ik helemaal niets aan
J'ai récemment souscrit pour cette application. L'installation a été facile et la génération des étiquettes fluide. Par contre, les statuts de livraison ne se mettent pas à jour au delà de "suivi ajouté" sur le back office Shopify. Cela ne facilite pas le suivi surtout quand on a plusieurs transporteurs. Le service client n'est pas très réactif et la réponse apportée à cette question peu convaincante. Un peu décevant pour 35€ par mois.
Il m'est impossible de contacter qui que se soit via le bouton contact. Comment puis-je contacter le service client ? Je n'arrive pas a trouver de point relais sur une commande ou le client n'a pas selectionné manuellement, il y a plusieurs point relay disponible quand je regarde sur google mais l'application n'en detecte aucune ? dans aucune ville de France...
Superbe application. Le service support est très réactif et efficace. Je recommande cette application que j'utilise depuis février 2023
