This was my original review when we started with ShipHero: This app is actually just an integration with an AMAZING order fulfillment company. We did a lot of research looking for a 3rd party shipping partner and landed on ShipHero. We couldn't be any happier. Their shipping management software is incredible, their pricing is super affordable and their support team is out of this world. Definitely give them a try. Here is my updated review after we decided to leave and do our own fulfillment: As you will see in many recent reviews, mid 2022 something happened and things really started to go wrong at ShipHero. They started losing products, it would take weeks before they would receive a shipment of products from our vendors and make them available for fulfillment. Orders would not ship for days after being labeled as ready in their app. The support is absolutely pitiful and in many cases there is simply no resolution. I highly recommend to stay way from this option if you can do your own fulfillment (Shopify makes this so easy) or look for a different 3rd party option. Show more

UPDATE 9/28: DOWN rating to 2 stars. Service support is pretty much non-existent. Unlike most companies these days, there's not a feature to chat with support, nor phone number. The only way is via a ticket system. I have a multiple tickets that have been open for 9+ days. What's worse is that this is a 3pl company and I can't get accurate inventory numbers on the panel. Looking at what we shipped to the warehouse and what they shipped to our customers , the numbers in inventory don't match what is being displayed on the app. On top of that, I can't get an answer to why the pricing is completely random for the same SKU from order to order. Some are priced 2x the amount (that ticket is 8 days old). REVIEW 9/14 We signed up with ShipHero 3 months ago and due to delays on our side only just launched yesterday . My rep, Silvana was amazing. She walked me through the process from beginning to end and took the time to customize certain parts of ShipHero so we could do split orders with another fulfillment vendor. The app is pretty easy to use. I like the fact there are no shipping zones so you can pick one warehouse that's near your manufacturer and be done. Prices are quite reasonable for storage, pick fees and shipping. I do wish it would support posthero integration for Active Campaign and not just Klaviyo. Show more

There are some much better provider out there than Shiphero, so search elsewhere. They were good at first...but after a few months it was a total disaster: - Constant system bugs and errors - Inventory not synched with Shopify, numbers are pretty much always off - Massive shipping delays on holiday seasons with damaged reputation. - Shipping costs going up continuously and without communicating to customers (as always) - They charge you after 6 months for services never communicated before (or authorized) - Customer support ineffective, won't solve your issues - No communications whatsoever to their customers (Load balancing, they just do it without asking for permission) If you are serious about e-commerce you should not work with Shiphero. The app was easy to install and my customer support contact (Silvana) has been accessible along each step to ensure smooth running of the app and connection to Shopify. The team has been very useful and orders are getting shipped on time. No customer issues or damages have been reported as yet and we have been up and running approximately 3 weeks. I am thoroughly impressed thus far. Keep up the good work. Show more
