I have been using this app for sometime now. Recently we had a technical issue and after reaching out we had no reply, this lead me to leave a negative review. This negative review promoted Phil to reach out to me. Turns out they had a technical issue with their messaging system (we all have them from time to time). After listening to our issue the team set about to fix the error which was achieved within 24 hours.
