BEWARE OF THIS APP & THE SERVICES PROVIDED! Used for a year and it properly worked about 3 months out the entire year. I constantly had to communicate with the NON-EXISTING CUSTOMER SUPPORT that they have who are EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. I basically GOT ROBBED they did not provide the service I paid for and when I would complain about it they would have a bad attitude, they ended up closing my account when I requested I be compensated for all the months my reviews did not port, they closed the account WITHOUT ever refunding me or fixing the issue that was at hand. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE the service provided by this app will be a headache in the long run. Show more

1) Hard to navigate. Can't find BILLING, CURRENT PLAN I'M ON, EXPORT REVIEWS. Please make these easier to find. 2) Exported reviews from Etsy but only placed them in General Business Reviews and didn't place them Per Product. Very useless. 3) Doesn't allow export of reviews gained from social channels (in my case, Etsy) which is a highly important feature. Overall, not worth the cost or even for free. Show more
I’ve been using this app for years and anytime I have an issue when I’ve made updates to the store, the developers will quickly fix the issue for us. They even installed some code for their review slider in a few parts of my website , which is a task that I would have had to hire someone to do. Very pleased. Show more
