We’ve been using the GiftShip app for some time now and have been impressed by the range of new tools that are consistently added and expanded upon. The team has been incredibly patient and supportive, offering assistance to us less technically inclined people, helping resolve style changes, app conflicts, and ensuring everything runs smoothly with the unique way our site is set up. This has allowed us to get the most out of the service. The recent addition of the drawer cart, along with compatibility for delayed dispatch dates, gift messages, and split shipping to multiple addresses, has been particularly beneficial for our gifting business. Many other apps fail to adequately support the specific gifting needs of our customers, but GiftShip excels in this area. While most e-commerce tools focus on the straightforward click-and-buy process, GiftShip addresses the more complex requirements of gifting customers throughout their purchasing journey. Additionally, the app takes into account the fulfilment process from the admin side. When orders are passed through to our shipping portal, all items are listed in the correct order according to the customer’s gift box. This is particularly helpful when customers order multiple gift boxes, as it ensures our fulfilment team can quickly identify which items belong in each box, saving valuable time and preventing errors.
