Giftship: Gift Options & More

We’ve used this app for 3 years and loved it, but unfortunately it changed recently. Discount codes are no longer applied to the “parent” (original) order, only to the “child” orders. When a customer places an order for 2 items with each one shipped to a different address, the quantity discount code for 2 items won’t work now. Our business relies heavily on volume discounts to increase sales, so the app is no longer very useful. We contacted support hoping there was a way to modify it and return to the way it used to work, but we were told it’s impossible. Wish there was an alternative to this app. If your business uses quantity discounts, you should think twice before purchasing Giftship. Show more

Love the multiple address shipment option at checkout and the date picker. Datepicker a tad confusing so needed my developers to set it up, but their customer service is so fast and great than I have no doubt they could help walk you through it if you needed help. Highly recommend. Show more

We've been using Giftship for 18 months and the features are great. We've had a few issues with the gift message bundling, but after some problems getting it resolved initially, Zac was able to step in and deal with the issue really efficiently. Everything is now working well and we're benefitting from the whole suite of one-stop shop features, which is great and why we chose Giftship in the first place! Show more
