Update** Sept 25, 2020 I had an issue with a customer who ordered a gift card but did not receive it. I messaged the Chat and Sam replied back to me quickly and informed that there was concern that the customer used part of a gift card to pay for the gift card. The level of sophistication to safeguard us is great. I really enjoy using Rise. It is the most expensive app we use but quality does not come cheap. Money well spent! I found Rise while searching for a gift card based loyalty program. I have never looked back since. After downloading it, I saw it was very intuitive to set up. I scheduled a call with a Rise representative to speak about the app and what it can do. After a quick 30 min call, I had what I needed to continue building out my flows and start building greater loyalty with my customers. This is the fastest I have been up and running with an app. Rise has been great and they continue to be great. Thank you for the amazing service and awesome product! Show more
