We had a long list of very specific requirements for finance, reporting and legal to make sure our loyalty (store credit) program launches flawlessly, and Rise.ai met our unique needs beautifully. Being able to use their credits as discount codes, rather than gift card codes is the flexibility we needed. We migrated to Shopify and needed a quick bulk-add of gift cards which was our sole reason for the app, however we now launched a loyalty rewards program with an upcoming membership program to use with and we are super thrilled how the app is working. I would recommend the videos and help docs as they were super helpful, but in addition to that their support (esp. Pauline) was AMAZING! Show more
