Ari and team have been very supportive getting the app up and running in my store. The app has come a long way since the first time I tried it in December 2016. I have a lot of apps including some subscription recurring charge products that involved special integration. Gift Wizard has been with me all along and I am already seeing an increase in gift purchases on my site which is exactly what I wanted to see gearing up to the holidays! The only thing that has been an issue for me is the 2nd line on the shipping address. I recommend double-checking the entry if possible - I've caught a few but shipped a few other that ended up coming back to sender + headaches. The support team is looking into this issue but I was surprised that I was the only one having it. Also, I thought sending gifts via text looked a little spammy so I disabled that feature too. Team, thank you for your patience and time helping me "get it right" for my store! I hope that we can continue to have a solid relationship. Show more
