Makes it easy to import reviews from Etsy and Trustpilot although it is a shame it doesn't verify those from Trustpilot despite the apparent established connection. A bigger bummer for us is that I hoped it will be easy to import eBay reviews too but the only way one can do that is to use some Chrome extension to export to a CSV (pay that as well if you have many), adjust that to Fera's CSV template and import then into the app. These reviews will most likely be unverified too. However, unlike the Opinew Product Reviews App UGC app, the backend is intuitive and the frontend widgets appear nicely designed and you don't get the unnecessary "powered by" clutter. Show more
This is a great app! We've been using it for over a year, and our little pottery studio has racked up almost 1500 reviews. We worked with Fera's support team to reposition where the reviews show up on our site so that they can more easily be seen by customers browsing for our pots. We have a very loyal and appreciative customer base, but I think all the positive reviews really help us get more first time orders. Show more
