Amazing and support. They support multi-lingual reviews for my store and helped me integrate it very fast. They offer a one-year free upgrade which is incredible and have never seen here on shopify. So I really recommend using it especially as the app integrates great with the theme and you can customize it fully. For some customizations they did it on the css back end without charging me. other apps charge for deeper customization. overall best decision made so far. you can integrate also with smile or soon to come bon loyalty app. I use bon loyalty app due to its multi-lingual suppport. All of the support of fera was amazing 24/7, especially Roel, Kime etc. thank you all! Show more
