Honestly, Fedex has been a massive nuisance for our business over the 6+ months it has taken us to get everything working with them. It's a difficult company to navigate and not a great customer experience...HOWEVER! The guys making this app possible have saved the day! Had it not been for their amazing customer service and willingness to accommodate almost ALL of our shipping needs, we probably would have abandoned Fedex months ago. The app works really well on all accounts and the customer service staff is very helpful and attentive. My only issue is that FedEx is not fully integrated with Shopify as UPS and USPS are so it is not as convenient but the app works really well. If you need FedEx for Shopify, this is the app to use.
