The app works fine. It's a bit of a pain to use because it is different from all the other shipping businesses I work with. However, it works just fine and Sashi has helped me to get it installed and troubleshoot. However, I do think it is sad that the company feels so strongly that they must get good reviews from their customers that they must bug the customer to leave a review. That's the only reason I'm leaving one, so that they will stop bugging me to do so. Show more
