Mucha facilidad para hacer tus envíos. Cuentan con las principales empresas de paquetería como FedEx, DHL, estafeta, redpack, etc, y en todas encuentras muy buenos precios. Sirve mucho que cuentan con un equipo que te ayuda a resolver tus problemas, puedes contactarlos fácilmente desde WhatsApp, teléfono o el chat de su página. Recomiendo al 100% Show more
Da bastantes opciones de mensajería y la plataforma es fácil de usar, hay un problema al cambiar de mensajería muchas veces se envía el número de guía al cliente en vez del número de rastreo. Show more
La integración a veces funciona y a veces no, desde hace mas de 3 semanas han habido problemas pero el servicio a clientes es pésimo, nunca hay nadie disponible para atenderte. Show more
Inicialmente escribí una reseña donde anunciaba no poder usar la app, me respondieron y me llamaron, me enseñaron a usarla y ahora he pedido mi primera recolección y deposité saldo con paypal, pero la mala noticia es que la recolección NUNCA llegó y llevo todo el día intentando contactar soporte técnico y no me responden, lo único que provocan es que las empresas quedemos mal con los clientes. Actualización: Me han contactado, dejar una reseña negativa es la manera más fácil de pedir soporte técnico, en fin, la app generalmente funciona, a veces no responde y tengo que cambiar de navegador/computador. Los costos son muy buenos y manejan una amplia gama de provedores. La recomiendo para México, aunque veo varios detalles a mejorar. Show more
